After years of being there for each other through life's daily hustle we found ourselves slower, weaker, and frustrated.
Not with each other, but with our fitness and health goals. We had become distracted by and comfortable with the routine and habits of life.
This site is a journal of our experiences, progress and newfound knowledge. We are doing this for two reasons: First, we want to dive all in too a long term commitment to our health and fitness. Second, we know others out there share similar struggles we have, and we want to be a helpful resource.

I am not a licensed nutritionist, Doctor, physician, lawyer, race car driver or astronaut. For all you know I made all of this up. In reality I read like crazy, am open minded and dedicated to the scientific process and share what has worked for myself and others. I have been fit, then fat, then fit again. I've been a junk food junkie resorting to binging on burgers and booze. I know how to be fat and how to get fit, and I choose to be the latter.
